I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor who can help you start to understand yourself a bit better and make sense of the challenges. In time with regular sessions when we talk together about those challenges, things can start feeling clearer and better.

 
 

Clients often come with a range of issues including family relationships, gender identity, employment difficulties, bereavement, eating disorders, loss and relationship difficulties.


 

I am interested in how you are feeling in the present and how this relates to your experiences in the past. We can think together about this, learning how experiences may be felt unconsciously, manifesting as depression, anxiety or physical health issues.
